Exp: 6 to 12 years
Please note all these are permanent positions.

As a Product Manager for the Application Engineering you will be responsible for managing projects, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling projects to successful closure.

Client responsibilities

â–º Provide architectural, technical guidance to product development team and create product road maps.
â–º Ensure sound application engineering design, process and quality practices are followed
â–º Manage software engineering tasks, resources and budget.
â–º Analyze and manage stakeholder expectations

People responsibilities

â–º Should have good people management skills with ability to lead, motivate, mentor and develop the team
â–º Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for all levels of staff
â–º Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training
â–º Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills
â–º Identify best practices and suggest improvements.

Skills Requirements

â–º Experience of 6 to 12 years in design and architecture software applications in .Net technology and MS SQL.
â–º Experience in building and managing development teams.
â–º Good Communication and Presentation skills
